Connie Spearman is the President & CEO of AmeriCare Staffing of Western PA, with 26 years of experience in the home healthcare field. You may also know her from her work as the president and head minister of Newma Ministries. Before AmeriCare Staffing, she was introduced to the idea of home healthcare while trying to take care of her aging mother & work full-time. She worked in the field with her cousin, Sharon, who acted like a mentor to her 3 years prior to opening AmeriCare Staffing. In 2000, Connie opened AmeriCare Staffing to provide quality in-home health care services to people in the comfort of their own homes. Over the years, Connie has adapted AmeriCare Staffing to evolve with the ever-changing policies, procedures, & regulations mandated by the state to ensure the best quality of care for our consumers. Not many home health care agencies can say their owner has 26 years of experience in the field & 23 years of managing AmeriCare Staffing. Connie’s main focus is still ensuring the best quality of care for her consumers, which has been her driving force for the professional development of AmeriCare Staffing.
