Americare staff personnel were on-time and very professional as they went about their daily routines. They always made sure that my mother got to her dialysis on time and helped prepare meals for her ahead of time so that she could rest when she returned home. That way when she was ready to eat later in the day the food was already prepared. Additionally, the in-home healthcare aide treated my mother with dignity and respect taking the time to learn my mother’s challenges and then implementing a routine that put my mother’s mind at ease.

I hurt my leg recently and I had to use a wheelchair for a while. AmeriCare Staffing ran errands for me and helped me with light cleaning around the house. They also helped me transport from the bed to the chair and from the chair to the wheelchair so that Access could take me to my physical therapy appointments. The aide was so nice to me and was always one step ahead of the things that I needed to stay on top of my day.
